You can get a standardised regression slope in 2 ways.
1. You can simply multiply the sample regression slope by the ratio of the standard deviation of X and the standard deviation of Y.

2. You get the same result by first standardising X and Y and then calculating the regression model. Both variables should have a mean of zero and a standard deviation of 1.
It is important to note that although standardised slope estimates 'supposedly' provide a value with is independent of its units, there are many issues with this measure.
